If you are a speaker or moderator for the symposium, you may register by clicking on the following link: If you are unable to attend for any reason you may substitute, by arrangement with the Organizing Committee, with someone from the same institution/organization. If you are not in a position to transfer your registration, you must contact us no later than January 17, 2017, to cancel your registration. For cancellations made by January 17, 2017, your registration fee will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after January 17, 2017. All requests for cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Committee at info@www.internationalsymposium.net and received within the allotted cancellation times noted above. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, and amount paid. Eligible refunds will be processed 8-10 weeks after the symposium.Dates and Fees

Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the meeting because you were denied a visa, the registrar will consider your request for a refund upon receiving it in writing. It will only be granted if you applied for a visa in the required amount of time indicated by the applicable embassy/consulate.
