International Symposium 2017

The 3rd International Symposium on IgG4-Related Diseases & Fibrosis was held in Maui, Hawaii from February 15-18, 2017. Since the first International Symposium held in Boston in 2011, the field of IgG4-RD research and clinical care has expanded substantially.

New publications about IgG4-RD and fibrosis are now appearing on a daily basis, and the extent to which knowledge of these conditions touches so many aspects of medicine have become clear.

The Third International Symposium focused on advances in understanding of the pathophysiology of IgG4-RD and the impact of this new understanding on clinical care. We have received worldwide attendance from most sub-specialties, including investigators and experts from all areas of IgG4-RD research and related disciplines.
